We have built 29 warehouses totaling 5,871,229 sf - more than 2M square feet included special site improvement techniques. The developments varied in build-to -suit, speculative, freezer/cooler buildings and included millions of square feet of interior tenant improvement. Each project presented varying challenges and implemented different design factors including superflat floors, extensive demolition and lot-line developments.
We have built medical office buildings, retail, adaptive re-use projects, high-end interiors, apartment renovations, call centers, and parking garages.
We successfully completed the Construction Management for the Ritz-Carlton Renovation Phase IV for 394 rooms and suites in the iconic Water Tower Place on the Magnificent Mile. We have subsequently built the two story Presidential Suite at the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Four Seasons Hotel Canopy renovation as general contractor. Our work continues at both hotels with various projects including Construction Management of the new Four Seasons Pool and Spa and various capital improvement projects within the Ritz Carlton Hotel.
We performed Construction Management for a $2.1 Billion dollar federal stimulus improvement plan overseeing construction of fieldhouses for the Chicago Park District and public libraries for the Chicago Public Library. In addition, we were responsible for Program closeout managing all aspects of closeout across the Chicago Park District, Chicago Public Library, Chicago Public Schools, Chicago Fire Department, Chicago Police Department, and Campus Parks.
