As president and founder of Monoceros Corporation, Julie is in charge of all company operations including project management, recruiting, business development and team leadership. Julie excels in project management, contributing over 20 years experience to each project. Julie offers experience in commercial construction in multiple areas of work including commercial interiors, industrial, public building construction, hospitality, medical office building, cooler/freezer, commercial office and retail. Through the course of her career, Julie has been directly responsible for over 7.5million total square feet of construction, and the closeout of a $2.1 billion federal improvement program for the City of Chicago. Julie has opened two corporate construction offices in Miami, FL and Newark, NJ and has trained over 100 employees.
